Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, we do not hold properties. Once you’ve seen the property in person and have been approved, we will invite you to bring in a security deposit to secure the property. We will then draft the lease agreement -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No. We collect security deposit once the application has been approved. Initial rent payment is due prior to taking possession. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
All applicants must be 18 years or older to apply -
Is the deposit refundable?
Security deposit is fully refundable as long as property is returned in essentially the same condition as it was received minus normal wear. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Applicants who do not meet our renting requirements may be required to have a cosigner. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
We require all applicants to view the property in person prior to applying. -
How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid online by EFT, personal check, cashier’s check, or money order. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
All pets MUST be approved by management first. No aggressive breeds are allowed and pets are subject to HOA restrictions and insurance guidelines. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
You must submit your intent to move out in writing. If remaining roommate does not qualify on their own all occupants may be asked to move out at the same time. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Intent to vacate must be submitted in writing to the office. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The landlord maintains the property. For any repairs outside of normal wear may be deemed the responsibility of the tenant.
